Robin. It doesn't work like that. I am off to Neath / Port Talbot next weekend where the boy lives. The local teams' websites are useless with regards to fixtures. Afon Lido have games both Friday and Saturday ... maybe. Today I saw we were playing Melksham ... so I went to Melksham ... we won 4-0 ... but it wasn't the Bees.
Sorry don't understand the point of your post? We were at home to Melksham, clearly shown on the League and FA websites? This forum is part of the "Archive" website which by it's name suggests it contains information about the past not the future. I used to add forthcoming fixtures to the matches pages so that I could update them when the matches were played but I found that quite often I had to amend or even delete so decided not to bother.
Now that TTFC no longer play in Hellenic (several years now), I rarely get to a game and when I did they were away games as I live in Oxfordshire. However, I am still following what's going on. Can I suggest that the archive site has a link on the bottom of the results page to the site with the fixtures on. Thanks Tony
Thanks for the suggestion, nice to hear from you. It would never be on the results page as the database code does not have that facility. However, for the duration of the current season, the seasons page for each Trowbridge side being viewed shows the league table linked from the Wilts FA site so that it updates automatically. There is link at the foot of the these tables back to the source where the fixtures are also shown. At the end of the season, this is replaced with a manual table to make it fixed but by then there wouldn't be any fixtures to be looked up.
